He was the coordinator of a several projects for the creation of distributed information and control systems for a number of Ministries of Ukraine and USSR. Involved in the project company Netcracker to create a system management of IT infrastructure. Secretary of the Section "Informatics and Cybernetics" Scientific-Technical Council of the Ministry of Education and Science.
