Intelligence Systems GEO, Ltd. (ISGeo) created in 1996 by the group of experts from the V.M. Glushkov’s Institute of Cybernetics and is the leading Ukrainian company in the sphere of geoinformation systems (GIS) and spatial databases development and implementation. ISGeo mission is to
deliver the client most profitable and useful in the business geoinformation products, solutions and services for the full range of geosystems: desktop, client/server, Web- and mobile.
High qualified staff is hired to realize the ISGeo mission. Developers are divided on 3 groups: information technology (IT) specialists (including programmers), GIS specialists and consultants. Most of IT specialists and consultants are graduates of Kiev State University and Kiev Polytechnic Institute. GIS specialists are graduates of geographic faculties of Kiev and Moscow State Universities. Two ISGeo employees have PhD degree.

Own ISGeo software consists of 5 suites: isgeoMapSS, isgeoTrinetSS, isgeoRegisterSS, isgeoSpecific, isgeoShareware. Each suite consists of few programs, which can be delivered as independently also as in the suite.
isgeoMapSS is assigned for creation of thematic atlases, information-search systems and cartographic Web-servers. isgeoTriNetSS is used for creation of geoinformation portals. isgeoRegisterSS is including few programs for creation of registration, cadastre and other systems, which are based on the link of electronic map with an attribute database. isgeoSpecific is uniting specific programs such as operative tracking of wagon park and information support of ecological monitoring. isgeoShareware suite is including shareware software .
As long - term ( since 1996) partner of american company MapInfo Corp. ( since 2004 – strategic partner ) ISGeo is delivering , implementing and maintaining in Ukraine full range of MapInfo products : desktop - MapInfo Professional , MapInfo Runtimes , MapInfo MapX , VerticalMapper , server – SpatialWare , Web – MapXtreme , Discovery , mobile – MapX Mobile.
To fill other GIS market niches ISGeo is working also with the products of the companies Avenza Inc. ( Canada ), Infotech Europe ( Great Britain ), PCI Geomatics Inc. ( Canada ) and others.
