A workshop from the Stimulating Physics Network.


We will be looking at cool and very cool physics demonstrations using a combination of liquid nitrogen, dry ice and thermal cameras. Please bring along your favourite demos for this too. We are also hoping to have time to discuss the new A level exams our students have just taken as well as continuing the discussion on the practical endorsement activities.

Refreshments available from 4.30pm. The timetable is below – you can arrive late/leave early if you need to. Please bring along any ideas or resources that have worked for you.

4.30 – 5pm General sharing of ideas/demos.

5 – 6pm Cool and very cool physics demos – led by Lewis and Lawrence.

6 – 6.30pm Continued discussion and sharing of further ideas and resources.
