Say goodbye to cries of ‘Miss, my bulb won’t work’ and take charge of your electricity lessons.

Join us for an evening of circuit building and electrical modelling for KS3 and KS4. Electricity is often a confusing topic for pupils. This workshop will focus on building confidence with the abstract ideas and overcoming the practical challenges. We will discuss common misconceptions, helpful ways of modelling electric current and strategies to help pupils make sense of the equations.

Ideal for non-specialists and early career teachers, but experienced physicists might pick up a few new ideas too!

Refreshments provided from 2.30 pm.
