In the framework of the conference GISTech.ua-2019 on May 16 World Data Center for Geoinformatics and Sustainable Development presented its developments in the field of asset management of communities based on the use of geoinformation technologies and open geospatial data for scenario modelling of territories development at the local and regional level.

In his presentation, the head of the GIS laboratory Victor Putrenko emphasized the importance of improving the skills of community specialists in the field of geomatics and data analysis for the effective use of geoinformation technologies in the management of joined territorial communities, presented the relevant training program of the Center (http://geomatics.wdc-ukraine.org/) and outlined the successful experience of its implementation.
