Spheres of science researches: Prof. Yoshio Matsuki holds Doctor of Science from Kyoto University, together with Master in Public Administration from Harvard University in Cambridge, MA, USA. 
He worked on the projects on health and environmental assessments of nuclear and other energy systems at the International Atomic Energy Agency, Vienna, Austria. His experience includes mathematical modeling, environmental monitoring, energy system analysis, nuclear plant monitoring, and environmental impact assessment.

He was the coordinator of a several projects for the creation of distributed information and control systems for a number of Ministries of Ukraine and USSR.
