On November 22 a round table "Ecology of Human - Family - Country" was held in Igor Sikorsky KPI which was organized by the Public Organization "Council for Environmental Safety", National Technical University of Ukraine "Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute" and the World Data Center "Geoinformatics and Sustainable Development". |

Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute and State Employment Agency signed an agreement on cooperation on October 31. From the side of Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute the document was signed by rector Michael Zgurovskyi, from the party of the State Employment Agency – the executive officer of the head of the Central HQ Valeriy Yaroshenko. |

On November, 8 the representatives of World Data Center for Geoinformatics and Sustainable Development met with a delegation of representatives of innovative structures from the United States and the People's Republic of China. |

The project purpose is to support the making of strategic decisions aimed at assurance of sustainable development of countries and regions of the world under the conditions of considerable indeterminacy of data and adverse impact of the set of threats and risks of economic, environmental, and social nature.

The staff of the Laboratory for GIS of the World Data Center for Geoinformatics and Sustainable Development conducted a series of pilot flights to obtain the data for monitoring the state and improving the management of urban areas. |

Співробітниками лабораторії географічних інформаційних систем Світового центру даних з геоінформатики та сталого розвитку проведено серію експериментальних польотів з метою отримання даних для моніторингу стану та вдосконалення управління урбанізованими територіями. |
