On February 13, 2017 at Igor Sikorsky Polytechnic Institute Memorandum of cooperation between the Institute for Global Transformations, Igor Sikorsky Polytechnic Institute and the World Data Center "Geoinformatics and Sustainable Development" was signed. The groups agreed to join efforts to implement joint projects in the modernization of the national economy, efficiency and quality of research results and implementation of the state policy of Ukraine. The first step will be cooperation in research activities with a view to finalizing the Economic Doctrine "Ukraine 2030", initiated by the Institute for Global Transformation. |

Сьогодні, 13 лютого 2017 року, в НТУУ «КПІ ім. Ігоря Сікорського» було підписано меморандум про співпрацю між Інститутом глобальних трансформацій, КПІ ім. Ігоря Сікорського та Світовим центром даних «Геоінформатика та сталий розвиток». Сторони домовилися об’єднати зусилля для здійснення спільних проектів у сфері модернізації національної економіки, підвищення ефективності і якості досліджень та впровадження таких результатів в державну політику України. Першим етапом стане співробітництво в сфері науково-дослідної діяльності з метою фіналізації Економічної Доктрини «Україна 2030», ініційованої Інститутом глобальних трансформацій. |

The EPO and Russia's Federal Service for Intellectual Property (Rospatent) have launched their joint Patent Prosecution Highway (PPH) pilot programme to enable work-sharing and accelerated treatment of patent applications in both regions.
In its order for decision G1/15, related to the question of partial priorities and so-called toxic divisionals, the Enlarged Board of the EPO held that a generic claim encompassing alternative subject matter may not be refused partial priority, provided the alternative subject matter has been directly, at least implicitly, and unambiguously disclosed in the priority document.
